About the role:

Youll work closely with solicitors and assist in keeping matters moving from start to finish. Your role will include:

• Opening and managing files.
• Preparing initial correspondence and onboarding clients.
• Assisting with contracts for sale letters and standard property documentation.
• Liaising with agents brokers banks and clients to coordinate settlements.
• Preparing and collating documents for exchange and settlement.
• General practice support such as billing support filing and matter administration.

The ideal candidate:

• Have least 2 years experience as a paralegal in property and commercial law matters.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines.
• A client-first approach and professional phone manner.
