About the Role
The St Vincents Hospital is seeking to employ a highly skilled and motivated Revenue and Administration Manager to oversee the administrative functions of Medical Imaging services across its public and private operations.

Working closely with key craft groups and stakeholders you will contribute to the development of an agile high-performing team that operates efficiently and professionally and have responsibility for the effective management of all office and administrative services.

The Revenue and Administration Manager is considered to be pivotal to the success of Medical Imaging having influence in both patient experience and the development of billing practices that maximises revenue streams across the Imaging service.

The position is suited to a person who has a strong knowledge of billing practices applicable to Medical Imaging and who works collaboratively with colleagues to implement well developed initiatives in order to achieve common goals.

Your Contribution

Tertiary qualification in one of the following (or a closely related discipline):

  • Health Administration
  • Health Services Management
  • Business Administration
  • Accounting or Finance
  • Public Administration

OR

  • Equivalent extensive experience (typically 710 years) in senior healthcare administration revenue cycle management or billing/compliance leadership within a complex healthcare environment with demonstrated mastery of Medicare and private health fund requirements.
  • Current national criminal history check or willing to obtain.

About (Medical Imaging)
The Medical Imaging Department is a busy imaging department providing a wide range of diagnostic and procedural imaging services to inpatients and outpatients of SVHM. The department operates across several locations within the Fitzroy campus.
