The Role

• Teaching Biology across KS3 and KS4 with KS5 teaching available depending on experience

• Delivering practical lessons with a clear focus on safety precision and scientific enquiry

• Supporting pupils with examination preparation and coursework requirements

• Contributing to curriculum development and departmental planning

• Working collaboratively within a cohesive and supportive Science team

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• A degree in Biology or a closely related discipline

• Experience teaching Biology at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)

• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain complex content clearly

• High expectations for pupil behaviour engagement and achievement

• A professional and organised teaching approach
