Customer Service is the heart of our operations. You will be responsible for the processing and management of customer orders including Purchase Order receipts Sales Order processing Sales Order management shipment scheduling and invoicing. A key role to ensure we continue to exceed our customer expectations.
Tasks
What will you do
- Receive review and process customer purchase orders via email customer portals and phone.
- Assess inventory availability customer requirements and production lead times to ensure accurate order planning.
- Enter Sales Orders with correct item numbers quantities lead times packaging details and pricing; provide formal order confirmation to customers.
- Communicate customer requirements to Production to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Verify pricing delivery schedules special instructions and freight charges as needed.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers handling inquiries and providing delivery updates.
- Proactively communicate any order changes to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Review open order reports providing supporting documentation to customers manufacturing sites or sales teams when requested.
- Process and monitor Return Authorizations obtaining necessary approvals for changes or customer-specific accommodations.
- Reconcile customer portal stock levels with internal system data and coordinate adjustments as needed.
- Maintain and update customer data and records ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Work in compliance with ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
What are we looking for
Education: Minimum bachelors degree.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of customer service order management experience within the manufacturing industry working daily with software tools such as ERP and MS Office. Chemical sector experience is highly valued.
IT knowledge: ERP and MS Office.
Languages: Thai high level and English professional level spoken and written is a must.
Soft skills:
- Problem solving and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and carefully proofs own work
- Must be self-directed in performance of routine work responds to internal and external customer requests in timely manner
- Can do attitude
- A team player
