Job Summary

We are hiring a reliable box truck driver for local routes based out of Missouri City Texas servicing the greater Houston area. This is a temp to hire opportunity designed for drivers who want steady work now and long term stability.

The first 90 days will serve as a performance period. Drivers who demonstrate consistency safety and accountability will transition into a permanent role with full benefits and additional company incentives.

This role is for someone who shows up on time takes ownership of their route keeps their equipment in order and handles deliveries without excuses. If you are dependable disciplined and serious about securing a long term position with growth potential this is the opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a box truck (up to 26 feet) safely and efficiently across the Houston metro area
Carefully load and unload cargo ensuring accuracy and protecting goods from damage
Plan daily routes adapt to changing conditions and meet or exceed delivery schedules
Keep detailed logs of deliveries mileage and vehicle maintenance
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers representing Bucks with pride
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly

Requirements:

Valid CDL (Class A or B) with a clean driving record
At least 2 years of commercial or box truck driving experience
Strong knowledge of local Houston routes and traffic patterns
Exceptional time management and route planning skills
Commitment to safety with a focus on accurate deliveries and preventative maintenance
Excellent communication-you represent us on every stop
