We are hiring unloading workers / lumpers who bring energy and urgency to the dock. This role is hands on and physically demanding. It requires stamina focus and discipline. If you show up consistently and work with purpose there is clear long term opportunity.

After 90 days of dependable performance qualified workers convert to permanent status and gain access to benefits and company incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Unload trucks manually or with pallet jacks
Break down pallets and sort freight
Verify shipment counts and report discrepancies
Maintain dock organization and safety standards
Work efficiently to meet unloading timelines

Requirements

Ability to lift 50 to 75 lbs repeatedly
Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
