Job Summary
Wednesday & Thursday: 7:30 PM 6:00 AM (10.5 hrs each)
Friday: 10:30 PM 7:00 AM (8.5 hrs)
Saturday: 6:30 PM 7:00 AM (12.5 hrs)
Shift: Nights
Locals Accepted: Yes (within 50 miles)
We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI procedures in an acute care hospital setting. The technologist will be responsible for patient safety image quality and efficient workflow during overnight shifts.
This facility is open to first-time travelers with strong acute care MRI experience.
Responsibilities Perform MRI scans according to physician orders and protocols
Ensure patient safety and proper screening prior to MRI procedures
Position patients accurately to obtain high-quality images
Administer IV contrast when indicated
Monitor patients throughout imaging procedures
Maintain MRI equipment and follow safety standards
Document procedures and patient information accurately
Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff
Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
Active NH Imaging & Radiation Therapy License required
ARRT or ARMRIT certification required
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year MRI experience in acute care setting
Must have 2 years overall imaging experience
Cerner experience preferred but not required
Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends
Strong patient care and communication skills
First-time travelers accepted
