Job Title:RFP Development & Procurement Content Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead development of Provider Interoperability and Productivity RFPs

Draft scope of work functional and technical requirements and deliverables

Define vendor evaluation criteria and scoring methodologies

Ensure RFP language aligns with state procurement standards

Coordinating with technical and policy leads to validate content

Support procurement teams during RFP release and vendor Q&A

Experience Needed:

8 12 years in public-sector RFP development or procurement support

Direct experience drafting Health IT or Medicaid-related RFPs

Strong understanding of state procurement processes
