Job Description
The Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning ( HVAC ) Manager provides day-to-day leadership for HVAC Leads HVAC Technicians and assigned personnel engaged in installing maintaining repairing and modifying HVAC systems and related controls across university facilities. The role combines technical expertise with planning scheduling and administrative oversight to ensure safe reliable and efficient operation of HVAC systems in compliance with university standards codes and applicable regulations. The HVAC Manager supports preventive maintenance and deferred maintenance planning coordinates with campus partners and external vendors and serves as an essential employee during closures or emergencies.
