Pay: $30$42/hr. ($62400$87360/annually based off a 40 Hr. work week); Overtime when authorized by Leadership
On-Call Pay: $150 per scheduled on-call shift
Paid Time Off: Start with 48 hours increasing to 168 hours with tenure

What Youll Do
Maintain troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (air handlers boilers chillers ice machines).
Perform inspections cleaning lubrication and equipment changeouts.
Provide excellent customer service and accurate record-keeping.
Use company tools: service van iPad iPhone.
Skills
Service and install new heating ventilation and air conditioning systems.
Service and install new ice machines.
Do routine maintenance on ice machines and refrigeration.
Assess and troubleshoot commercial HVAC to determine required repairs.
Inspect and perform equipment repair and replacements.
Perform routine preventative maintenance and recommend preventative repairs to avoid unplanned downtime.
Respond to emergency service requests.
Provides observations about facility facility mechanical conditions and deficiencies and provides recommendations for enhancement and repair.
Participates in and assists with facility-related projects.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Able to work on lite commercial equipment.
Excellent customer service skills
Completes paperwork in a timely manner.
Reports to job assignment and work in a timely manner
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Experience with industry software preferable but not required.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications
Required:
EPA Certification
2-5 years of experience in Commercial HVAC and refrigeration
Proficiency in servicing installing and troubleshooting:
Commercial HVAC systems
Refrigeration systems and ice machines
Chillers cooling towers water source heat pumps
Physical Requirements:
Climb ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs.
Lift up to 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces
Wear required PPE
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed
Ability to meet security clearance requirements
Pass drug background and drivers license checks
Skills & Abilities:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with light commercial equipment
Experience with industry software (a plus)
