MA/MS License Salary: $55000 - $66550 (3 levels based on experience and education)
Independent License Salary: $70000 - $84700 (3 levels based on experience and education)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate infant mental health therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in providing infant mental health (IMH) services and child-parent psychotherapy (CPP). The IMH therapist role is rooted in IMH and CPP fidelity by providing relationship based trauma informed therapy to young children and their caregivers. The IMH therapist will primarily maintain a caseload focused on infants young children and elementary school children with therapy provided from IMH and CPP lenses to support attachment emotional regulation and positive outcomes through the caregiver-child relationship.
New to IMH Build expertise while maintaining clinical versatility. You will have CPP training support opportunities to develop your expertise support your ongoing learning with specialized supervision and agency investment in your professional development.
What Youll Do:
- Provide specialized therapeutic services to children ages 0-5 and their caregivers who have experienced and traumatic/stressful event
- Maintain a part-time caseload; caseload will vary with primary focus on ages 0-5 year old children (caseload will not exceed 18 clients)
- Maintain written accurate and up-to-date clinical records and prepare written reports
What You Need:
- Masters degree in counseling social work psychology or related field
- Current New Mexico State License (LMHC LPCC LAMFT LMFT LMSW or LCSW)
- Strong communication interpersonal and writing skills
- Experience or strong interest in infant and early childhood mental health
- Commitment to professional growth and reflective practice
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work 40 hours weekly
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Prior experience preferred but not required
- Prior experience in IMH and/or CPP preferred but not required
