The Project Execution Engineer is responsible for leading the delivery of capital projects from concept through to final handover. This is an exciting role with a large degree of scope and autonomy to lead a team to deliver projects in support of business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with end users in the identification and definition of innovative solutions to problems and opportunities

  • Provide leadership and direction for project team

  • Ensure execution of projects and delivery of technical requirements for the value optimisation of supply chain capabilities as well as launch of new products

  • Lead & participate actively in teams to deliver top quality projects with Zero injuries within budget & to schedule while meeting business needs

  • Prepares the Flawless Project execution(FPX) project team kick-off and uses FPX throughout the project

  • Ensure that CQV process is properly completed and documented for all projects

  • Communicate regular project updates in accordance with governance and partner needs

  • Develop talent through coaching and mentoring

Qualifications

Education:

  • A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required focus degree in Engineering and/or Life Science is preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

The successful candidate will have experience skills and track record of achievement in the following minimum of 5 years work experience

  • Focus deep seated understanding and dedication to safety

  • GMP knowledge

  • Project Management Skills

  • Leadership of diverse teams

  • Strong communicator

  • Development of people

  • Highly effective collaboration with multiple partners and functions

Preferred:

  • PMP/FPX Certification

  • Business focused discernment

  • Financial acumen

Other:

  • Travel up to 5%
