Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation budgeting billing and contract administration for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of quantity take-offs BOQ preparation and project cost control.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) & quantity take-offs
Cost estimation & budgeting for projects
Review drawings & technical specifications
Prepare client & subcontractor bills
Verify contractor measurements & RA bills
Monitor project costs & budget control
Handle tender documentation & contract evaluation
Coordinate with project managers & site engineers
Ensure compliance with project timelines & cost parameters
