Location: Delhi
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
We are seeking an experienced Specification Manager to drive project specifications and sales growth in the building materials / construction chemicals segment in the Delhi region. The role focuses on influencing key decision-makers at the design stage managing strategic accounts and converting project opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive product specifications with architects consultants PMCs and developers
Identify and track upcoming projects within the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and decision-makers
Generate and convert project leads into business opportunities
Coordinate with channel partners for effective project execution
Achieve assigned sales targets and expand regional market share
Conduct technical presentations and support project closures
Provide regular market intelligence and competitor feedback
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction chemicals / building materials industry
Strong exposure to project sales and channel sales
Experience working with architects consultants contractors and dealers
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication negotiation and relationship management skills
Ability to independently manage and grow a territory
