Job Summary
- Monitor supplier production schedules documentation and delivery commitments.
- Liaise with vendors to track progress of manufacturing inspection and dispatch.
- Ensure suppliers adhere to contractual milestones and technical specifications.
- Review and expedite engineering documents (drawings datasheets ITPs MRs).
- Maintain expediting logs dashboards and weekly status reports for management.
- Prepare delay analysis and recovery plans when slippages occur.
- Expedite delivery of electrical panels switchgear cabling instrumentation devices.
- Monitor FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) and certification schedules.
- Ensure alignment with project electrical/instrumentation standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Instrumentation or related field).
812 years experience in expediting within EPC / Oil & Gas projects.
Strong knowledge of Process equipment E&I systems and Piping materials.
Familiarity with international codes & standards (ASME IEC API ASTM).
