The ideal candidate will oversee execution of reinforced concrete and superstructure activities ensure compliance with project specifications and coordinate effectively with consultants and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes within schedule and budget.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 710 years of experience in structural and building construction experience in reinforced concrete structures foundations superstructure and finishing works.
- Strong knowledge of structural drawings BOQs and construction methods.
- Ability to review and interpret IFC drawings specifications and method statements.
- Experience in site supervision coordination with consultants/subcontractors and progress monitoring.
- Familiar with local authority regulations building codes and project compliance requirements.
- Experience in raising and tracking RFIs NCRs site queries and interim payment certifications.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic engineering software.
- Strong communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in large-scale building or GCC / Middle East projects preferred.
