What you will do-
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President of the USCAN Region and select members of the regional leadership team. This role serves as a trusted partner enabling executive effectiveness through the management of complex schedules coordination of cross-functional priorities and oversight of seamless day-to-day operations.
How you will do it-
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President and multiple direct reports ensuring alignment efficiency and effective use of executive time
Manage challenging calendars including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and balancing competing priorities
Coordinate travel arrangements including itineraries accommodations and expense management
Prepare agendas presentations reports briefing materials and executive communications
Coordinate leadership meetings off-sites and conferences including logistics and materials
Track deadlines deliverables and commitments to ensure timely execution of business priorities
Support internal and external events and special initiatives as assigned
Monitor expenses prepare expense reports and support budget management as applicable
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience supporting a President C-level executive or senior leadership team
Exceptional organizational time-management and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities with minimal direction
