Role Summary
Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) Specialist with strong expertise in delivering personalized data-driven customer experiences across digital channels. Experienced in configuring and managing MCP data user attributes behavioral tracking and recommendation strategies to enable real-time personalization.
Skilled in integrating MCP with Salesforce Marketing Cloud leveraging catalog management ETL feeds and Einstein Recipe. Designing personalized Web Campaigns using Einstein recipes rules-based logic and audience segmentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Personalization Strategy & Execution
Design configure and execute real-time personalization strategies across web channels using Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP).
Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable personalization use cases and experiences.
Data Modeling & Integration
Configure user attributes events and catalog data within MCP to enable accurate customer profiling and behavioral tracking.
Integrate MCP with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Data Cloud and external data sources through feeds APIs and ETL processes.
Catalog & Recommendation Management
Manage and optimize product/content catalogs to support Einstein recommendations and rules-based personalization.
Audience Segmentation & Targeting
Build and maintain dynamic segments based on real-time behavioral data.
Enable cross-channel activation of personalized audiences in journeys and campaigns.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with Marketing Product Analytics and Technology teams to align personalization initiatives with business objectives.
Reporting & Performance Measurement
Provide regular reports and insights on personalization effectiveness audience behavior and campaign impact.
Track KPIs such as engagement lift conversion rates and recommendation performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education
Bachelors degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience
6 years in Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 4 years of experience in Marketing Cloud Personalization
Familiarity with Data cloud concepts and Integration.
Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Process improvement mindset; experience with Agile Methodologies is a plus.
