Job Description
主要职责:
- 根据公司整体销售策略制定辖区销售计划和实施策略并监督销售目标的最终达成
- 制定辖区年度销售预算并有效执行
- 确保与市场部商务团队沟通合作及时掌握招标时间并积极配合商务部招投标工作
- 指导监督辖区主管的销售计划及目标医院指标设定并监督核查各项工作实施完成情况
- 与辖区重要客户建立并保持良好协作关系有效管理客户满意度组织辖区医院开发工作
- 负责辖区销售人员的培训考核和激励体系的维护和有效执行提高销售团队工作士气和销售业绩
- 提高辖区人均生产力指导员工完成年度绩效评估
- 部门所需求的其他相关工作
任职要求:
教育背景
- 本科或以上学历医药相关或市场营销专业为佳
相关领域工作经验
- 5年以上医药行业市场营销相关工作经验3 年以上销售管理工作经验
专业知识与技能
- 熟练使用计算机办公软件
- 具有良好的英语听说读写能力
- 具有极强的沟通协调能力良好的抗压力良好的人员管理能力和战略规划能力
