Job Summary
Position Description:
The Junior Project Manager (PM Junior) supports the successful delivery of enterprise system implementations such as ERP CRM SCM and related business applications.
The role focuses on project coordination planning support reporting stakeholder communication and structured governance under supervision of a Senior Project Manager.
The PM Junior contributes to controlled project delivery and quality assurance ideally with initial exposure to SAP implementation projects.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Support project planning including timeline preparation milestone tracking and resource coordination.
Maintain project documentation (project plan RAID log status reports).
Assist in budget tracking and financial overview updates.
Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders.
Prepare status reports and steering committee materials.
Track risks issues and dependencies and ensure escalation where needed.
Support scope and change request documentation and monitoring.
Ensure compliance with defined project governance methodology.
Support project phases: fit-gap design build test deploy hypercare.
Coordinate workshops and document business requirements.
Assist with UAT preparation and go-live readiness.
Support cutover activities and post-go-live stabilization.
Facilitate communication between business and IT teams.
Organize project meetings and track action items.
Support vendor coordination where applicable.
Contribute to lessons learned documentation.
Support improvement of project templates and reporting standards.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelors or Masters degree in IT Business Administration Engineering or related field.
13 years of experience in IT projects or project coordination.
Exposure to ERP / CRM / SCM implementation projects.
Experience with SAP implementation projects is an advantage.
Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall Agile Hybrid).
Familiarity with SAP ERP / S/4HANA or similar enterprise systems.
Understanding of system implementation lifecycle.
Experience with MS Project Excel PowerPoint; Jira or similar tools are a plus.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Clear communication skills (Czech and English).
Structured and detail-oriented approach.
Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC projects.
Basic project management certification (PRINCE2 Foundation CAPM etc.).
Experience in energy utilities manufacturing or regulated industries.
