Reporting to the Head of Process Engineering you will provide strategic technical leadership and highlevel support for manufacturing operations and project initiatives across the Rancho and Lawrence this senior role you will drive process reliability influence engineering direction and lead complex crossfunctional efforts that support safe compliant and efficient production. You will serve as a key technical advisor leveraging deep expertise to guide decisionmaking resolve critical issues and advance continuous improvement across both sites.
B.S. in Engineering required; Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred with 5 years of experience in a GMP pharmaceutical environment
Strong understanding of packaging and aseptic equipment including singleuse systems filling machines (Isolator and RAB) cappers parts washers autoclaves lyophilizers and CIP/SIP systems.
Broad knowledge of core engineering principles cGMP manufacturing and Good Engineering Practices (GEP).
Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
Demonstrated integrity sound judgment strong work ethic and a practical solutionsoriented mindset.
In support of Takedas commitment to patient safety and product quality this role may require you to:
Work in controlled or cleanroom environments requiring full gowning and PPE (including hearing protection in loud areas).
Remove makeup jewelry contact lenses nail polish and artificial nails while in manufacturing areas.
Work in cold wet or chemicalhandling environments (e.g. alcohols acids buffers Celite) with respiratory protection as needed.
Lift push pull or carry up to 25 lbs and perform both sedentary and onfloor activities.
Work multiple shifts weekends or supplemental hours; provide oncall support; and be available outside standard business hours.
Operate in a fastpaced environment and prioritize multiple competing tasks.

$86500.00 - $135960.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position years of relevant experience specific and unique skills level of education attained certifications or other professional licenses held and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical dental vision insurance a 401(k) plan and company match short-term and long-term disability coverage basic life insurance a tuition reimbursement program paid volunteer time off company holidays and well-being benefits among others.
