Were currently hiring aClient Service Representative Special Functionsto help ensure those events run smoothly and leave a lasting impression on our Responsibilities: Respond to event inquiries conduct site tours and help clients select the ideal venue for their eventLead onsite event setup greet clients upon arrival and serve as their main point of contactRemain onsite during events using sound judgment to resolve any unforeseen issuesCoordinate event logistics with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth executionMaintain an inventory of Special Functions equipment and report any issues to managementAssist with administrative tasks such as client surveys promotional campaigns and correspondenceParticipate in team sales efforts and contribute to achieving departmental targetsWhat Were Looking For:A personable outgoing team player with strong communication and logistics skillsExcellent judgment and problem-solving ability especially under pressureStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multitask and plan aheadA genuine belief that client satisfaction is paramountBilingualism in French is considered an assetThis position offerspart-time hours (approximately 2530 per week) for a one-year term with a pay rate of$20.00$21.00 per hour.
