Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is growing and were seeking an exceptional Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to step into a Rehab Director leadership role at our welcoming senior living community and skilled nursing facility in Galesville Wisconsin.

Who Were Looking For
Licensed PT or PTA in the state of Wisconsin
Leadership or supervisory experience in senior care/SNF preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Passion for serving the geriatric population
