This role is not about producing dashboards for their own sake. Its about listening differently spotting patterns across people places and systems and helping partners see their role in change through a new lens. Its about connecting quantitative insight with lived experience relationships and learning and turning that understanding into action.
As System and Insight Coordinator you will:
Bring together health demographic population and service data to build a clearer picture of whats really happening across North Lincolnshire
Support partners including council and health teams community organisations and system leaders to understand and use insight in meaningful practical ways.
Help uncover system patterns strengths and barriers that influence physical activity and inequalities.
Translate complex data into stories reflections and learning that build confidence spark collaboration and inform decision-making.
Contribute to a learning system approach supporting reflection adaptation and shared understanding across North Lincolnshire.
Your work will help people not just see the data but understand what it means for them their practice and what needs to happen next.
You will bring:
Experience working with population health inequalities health economics and/or service-level data.
Confidence explaining quantitative insight to non-technical audiences in ways that are engaging and useful.
Curiosity about systems relationships and how change really happens.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance structure with reflection in a fast-paced relational environment.
A collaborative mindset and experience working across sectors including local government health communities academic partners and national organisations such as Sport England.
