Now were growing again and you could be the senior lawyer who leads shapes and develops the clinical negligence offering.

Youll work with leading insurer Markel UK handling highquality and often complex defendant work across clinical negligence EL/PL and specialist sector claims. Youll play a central role in strategy business development supervision and the future direction of our practice.

What youll be doing:

As Senior Associate you will:

Lead and develop the Clinical Negligence specialism within the Casualty team.
Manage and grow key referrer client and partner relationships working closely with Markel UK
Drive business development helping expand our portfolio and attract new work
Contribute to long-term planning providing mentorship to the team and operational excellence
Supervise mentor and support lawyers trainees and paralegals.
Manage your own caseload with full budget financial and profitability ownership
Support the Markel Law Advice Line and Business Hub to maintain quality and provide subjectmatter expertise
Shape our marketing PR communications and online presence within the clinical negligence space
