Job Summary

Customer experience is at the center of everything we do.

We are seeking organized service-focused professionals to join our team as Remote Client Advisors. In this role you will work directly with clients to coordinate personalized arrangements manage reservations and ensure every detail is handled accurately from start to finish.

This is a remote position designed for individuals who thrive in a structured client-facing environment and take pride in delivering clear communication and reliable follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests

Conduct virtual consultations to understand preferences timelines and budgets

Research options and present customized recommendations

Coordinate reservations for transportation accommodations and activities

Prepare confirmations and organized client documentation

Monitor arrangements to ensure accuracy and alignment with expectations

Manage updates schedule adjustments or service modifications

Maintain detailed digital records and communication logs

Provide responsive solution-oriented client support

Skills & Competencies

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously

Independent productivity in a remote setting

Organized and process-oriented mindset

Professional and customer-focused approach

Qualifications

Reliable computer and high-speed internet access

Prior customer service hospitality or coordination experience preferred but not required
