Middle Market Production Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Middle Market Production Account Executive to join a growing team. This is a high-impact production role focused on building growing and managing a Middle Market Commercial book of business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial production a strong focus on middle market accounts and the ability to deliver value-based advisory services to clients. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work within a national platform supported by robust internal resources and infrastructure while driving meaningful growth in your book of business.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $150000 $250000 (commensurate with experience)
- Additional Earnings: Production-based earnings
- Compensation Structure: Designed favorably based on experience and book of business
Responsibilities
- Build grow and manage a Middle Market Commercial book of business.
- Drive new client acquisition and cross-sell a broad range of risk solutions.
- Lead renewal strategies and stewardship planning to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain account profitability through a value-based advisory approach.
- Partner internally across solution lines to deliver comprehensive risk management solutions.
- Advise clients on market trends benchmarking claims strategy and risk mitigation.
- Engage with executive-level decision-makers including C-suite executives.
Qualifications/Requirements
- A minimum of 710 years of Commercial production experience with a strong focus on middle market accounts.
- Proven ability to manage a book of business with $2M in revenue.
- Experience with average account sizes of approximately $100K in revenue.
- Active Property & Casualty license.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships in the middle market segment.
- Strong communication negotiation and advisory skills.
