Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email and in-person
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
- Process orders returns and exchanges accurately
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Essential Qualifications:

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Desired Experience:
