Job Summary
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with hospice regulations and policies
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and processes
- Monitor and evaluate patient care plans to ensure they meet the required standards
- Review documentation and reports to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
- Provide education and training to staff on quality assurance protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects
- Conduct audits and investigations as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing Healthcare Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Desired Experience:
- Experience working in a hospice or palliative care setting
- Certification in hospice and palliative care
- Experience in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range: $120000 - $135000 per year
