Job Summary
Role Overview
The UI/UX Specialist will support the enhancement of user experience across internal portals business applications and investor-facing platforms. The role focuses on designing intuitive accessible and visually consistent user interfaces while collaborating closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation.
Key Skills & Expertise
Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch or equivalent
Ability to produce wireframes prototypes user flows and conduct usability testing
Strong knowledge of responsive design accessibility principles and mobile-first design
Collaboration with development teams to ensure accurate delivery of design specifications
Requirements
Certifications (Optional)
UX Certification such as:
Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g)
Interaction Design Foundation (IDF)
or equivalent professional UX accreditation
Experience Requirements
57 years of experience in UI/UX design preferably within enterprise-level environments
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing web and mobile application interface design
Experience applying user-centric design methodologies and accessibility standards.
