Inviting applications for the role of PD Order to Cash
Are you the one we are looking for
In seek of someone with deep understanding and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to cash application and coordinating with customer
Responsibilities
- Dealing with inbound calls from internal and external customers
- Issuing copy credit notes and copy invoices
- Raise credit notes for various queries (carriage charges returns overcharge commercial decision.).
- Responsible for all Database request and online business account applications
- Dealing with Card Orders ensure the genuine card holder is charged for the order.
- Authorizing credit limits on new store and SBU accounts following defined process using credit reference bureau information and information from other external sources
- Dynamically reviewing existing accounts to ensure all new orders can be released efficiently and without delay
- Responsible for processing refunds
- Collaborate closely with the sales customer operations and credit control teams as vital
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce ()
- Meaningful Experience

- Strong interpersonal skills
