At Elara Caring we bring care directly to patients in their homes where they feel safest and most comfortable. Were looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/Home Health Aide) to join our team on a PRN / flexible schedule.

This is a perfect role for CNAs who want meaningful patient connections independence and a calmer work environment than facilities or hospitals.

What Youll Do

Youll provide 1:1 care in the patients home under the supervision of a Registered Nurse including:

• Personal care (bathing grooming dressing toileting)

• Assisting with mobility and safe transfers

• Monitoring and reporting changes in condition

• Light hygiene and safety support in the home

• Encouraging independence and comfort

• Communicating with the RN and care team

Requirements

• Active CNA certification (state specific)

• High School Diploma or GED

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

• Strong communication and compassionate care skills

• Ability to assist with lifting transfers and mobility support

• Sit stand bend lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs
