Job Summary
What the contractor is going to do
o Design develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports integrated with Snowflake/SQL based data sources.
o Optimize existing dashboards for performance and usability.
o Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
o Provide ongoing support and enhancements for Tableau solutions.
Skills (technical and non-technical) & experience :
Technical Skills
Tableau: Advanced development skills including calculated fields parameters LOD expressions and dashboard optimization.
SQL: ability to write complex queries joins and performance tuning.
Snowflake (good to have): Experience in querying and integrating Snowflake data sources.
Data Modelling: Understanding of relational and dimensional models.
Performance Optimization: Ability to troubleshoot and improve dashboard performance.
Non-Technical Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders and translate requirements.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
Experience
Experience with delivering enterprise-level Tableau dashboards.
Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms.
Previous experience in financial or data analytics projects is a plus.
