How youll contribute

A Physical Therapist (PT) who excels in this role:

Conducts physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
Provides direct patient care to restore strength mobility and function.
Educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
Documents treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
Collaborates with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.
Performs other duties as assigned

What were looking for

Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Additional requirements include:

Experience in inpatient rehab preferred
Current PT License
CPR Certification required
