Job Description

- Develop lean modular learning assets (microlearning videos AI-generated walkthroughs quick-reference guides and lightweight self-paced materials) ensuring training materials remain lightweight and easy to maintain.

Produce high-quality documentation artifacts (process maps SOPs system walkthroughs and job aids) with a focus on clarity version control and long-term maintainability.
Navigate the full course design cycle from needs and gap analysis through course validation and evaluation.
Create tool walk-throughs system overviews job aids videos centralized Training landing pages and a curated resource hub.
Facilitate pilots and gather feedback.
Create KPI and success metrics.
Incorporate data-driven improvements.
