Job Summary
Job Description:
- Maintains and ensures accuracy of data for resource capacity in workforce management tool
- Assists in planning and process for all assignments and extensions of resources based on capacity and demand needs
- Collaborates with Resource Specialist/Manager to review trending on quality metrics for management associated with capacity
- Captures action items and meeting notes on weekly/bi-weekly Resource Management calls with leadership teams
- Assists in reviewing capacity across capability areas on an ongoing basis and proactively works to re-balance professionals who are above / below utilisation targets
- Partnering with Resource Specialist/Manager to understand recruitment brief create job requisitions in Workday once approved to initiate the recruitment process to meet current and future demand
- Career Navigator proposes resources with current or near-term availability to project that aligns with their skills professional goals and/or staffing preferences
- Support processes and tools that allow for reconciliation amongst disparate business unit HR and finance resource-related data sets driving regular clean-up.
