Pay: Competitive per-visit compensation ($80.00 per visit)
Location: Honolulu Hawaii (must have reliable transportation we serve the entire island)

Youll Do
- Provide in-home speech therapy services for home health patients
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Address swallowing disorders cognitive-communication deficits speech/language impairments
- Collaborate with nurses therapists and case managers
- Maintain accurate documentation in a Medicare home health setting
What Were Looking For
- Current Hawaii license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- 1 year clinical experience (home health experience a plus)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Valid drivers license reliable transportation
- Heart for serving seniors and local families
