Job Summary
Brief Overview of Position:
Strategic Operational Solutions Inc. (STOPSO) seeks a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Computer User Support Specialist to establish IT support standards and provides subject matter leadership for complex help desk and end-user problems process design and best practices in a 24x7 mission support environment for a Military Customer.
Required Qualifications Education Experience and Certifications:
- 8 years direct user support/service desk experience
- Security Clearance Requirement
- Active Secret clearance or higher
Preferred Experience Skills and Qualifications:
- SecurityCE A ITIL 3 Foundation certification(s) preferred
- Federal or Army service desk process ownership/leadership
- Bachelors or equivalent experience
- Experience documenting and improving help desk SLAs and performance metrics
