Job Summary

Destination Geneva National is seeking a detail-oriented proactive and organized individual to fill the dual role of Receiving Manager and On-Course Food & Beverage Manager. This key position is responsible for overseeing all receiving operations and managing the on-course food and beverage service. During the off-season this role will support general clubhouse food & beverage ideal candidate will be hands-on collaborative and eager to take ownership of key operational areas with a strong potential for growth into higher leadership Geneva National our philosophy is to lead from the front. As a leader this role includes floor shifts and direct engagement with the team to ensure service excellence. Management at GN is expected to be hands-on and capable of working in all outlets at Destination GN as needed to support operations and maintain high ResponsibilitiesReceiving & Inventory ManagementOrder all beverage products and select food items for the clubhouse and on-course verify and organize all incoming product all invoices are signed off coded and entered accurately into the system in a timely and organize inventory storage areas ensuring proper rotation cleanliness and compliance with safety monthly and weekly inventory counts; maintain and update inventory sheets and pricing with collaboration of vendors to source new products and secure the best -Course Food & Beverage OperationsOversee daily operations of all on-course food and beverage locations including beverage carts and halfway and support on-course staff to ensure high service standards and product regular audits of on-course F&B operations for compliance cleanliness and daily sales monitor par levels and oversee restocking and replenishment as & Facility CoordinationMaintain regular communication with linen and garbage service the loading dock and all receiving areas are clean organized and functioning & Development:Ensure training programs are being communicated and staff are aligned with Geneva Nationals service a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the F&B by example in hospitality service standards and operational -Season SupportAssist in food and beverage operations within the clubhouse including banquets restaurants and operational planning staff training and implementation of new & Scheduling:Recruit hire and retain F&B staffing plans and schedules to meet business demands while maintaining labor cost a positive workplace culture that fosters teamwork and employee & Experience:3 years experience in food & beverage operations receiving or logistics; supervisory experience a organizational analytical and communication with inventory systems ordering platforms and invoice to work flexible hours including weekends holidays and early of lifting and moving heavy items and working in a fast-paced physically demanding environment.
