Job Summary
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) powers Oracles global cloud services through highly available large-scale enterprise-grade data center environments. The Data Center Infrastructure Operations / Facilities team plays a critical role in sustaining OCIs performance security and operational resilience by ensuring infrastructure systems operate reliably at scale.

Role Overview
As Director Property Management you hold end-to-end accountability for OCIs owned and leased real estate portfolio supporting mission-critical operations. This role owns asset performance compliance cost control and long-term valuenot day-to-day facilities engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all campus-level vendor strategy lease administration operating budgets and vendor contract negotiation.
Lead capital planning facility improvement programs and real-estate-driven compliance initiatives.
Direct risk management site-level incident coordination (property scope) and business continuity planning.
Develop and mentor campus-level property teams; represent OCI in enterprise real estate and industry forums.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139400 to $291800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus equity and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
