About This Role:

The Senior Financial AnalystOperationsFP&A will play a key role in financial planning reporting and decision support atiRhythm this role you will partner closely with theVP Manufacturing & Facilities and VP Supply Chain & Procurementandothercross-functional leaders toconsolidateoperations businessperformance supportreturn on investment (ROI)modelingfor strategic projects manage operating expense planning and deliverreporting and results to key stakeholders.

What You Will Be Doing

Analyze performance vs. budget forecast and prior periods; clearly communicate key drivers and implications

Prepare and enhance reportingwith clear narratives and insightsincludingmonthly business review report outsproject/capital updatesandrollforwards

Build return on investment models for savings initiatives andstrategic projects

Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes including scenario/sensitivity analysis

Partnerwith leaders and budget owners to manage expenses trackspendidentifyrisks/opportunities and support cost initiatives

Partner with the Cost Accounting team to ensure alignment of accounting treatment ofactualsaligns with forecasting and modeling

Provide ad hoc analysis and support special projects as needed

What We Want to See

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field

5 years of experience in FP&Aoperationsfinance or related roles

Experience in modeling and working with large data sets

Advanced Excel andPowerpointskills

Strong analytical and communication skills including comfort presenting to senior stakeholders

Healthcare medicaldevice and/or public company experience a plus

Ways To Stand Out

High attention to detailandability to network with business owners outside ofownarea of expertise

Experience supporting the Operations/Manufacturing organization or working with Cost Accounting

Experience with ERP systems such as QAD or SAP

Experience with Financial planning tools (e.g. Adaptive a plus)

Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced evolving environment

Self-motivated and proactive with strong ownership and follow-through

Work Environment / Other Requirements:

Comfortable operating independently and collaborating cross-functionally in ablendedsetting(remote and on-site)

This rolewill behybridwith 2-3 days on-siteat the Orange County manufacturing and intake facility forhands onsupport of business partners and operations.
