Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse including inventory management order fulfillment and shipping/receiving processes. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas.
- Pick pack and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in a warehouse environment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift heavy objects typically up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with coworkers.
