About the Team and Department
Our Early-Stage Process Development Department develops processes for our customers and supports material production for Phase I trials. With approximately 40 employees across three teams consisting of upstream downstream and analytical development scientists and technicians. Our teams collaborate cross-functionally to advance new biopharmaceuticals toward market readiness.
About the Role
You will lead a team of 12 dedicated technicians and scientists working closely with fellow managers to oversee daily operations. Reporting directly to the department head you will be responsible for fostering a positive motivating and high-performing work environment aligned with AGC Biologics values. Additionally you will conduct performance evaluations and set development goals for your team members.
Your Primary Tasks Will Be
This role offers opportunities to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization and engage directly with biopharmaceutical companies worldwide actively contributing to their projects.
