Schedule: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM 3 Days per Week (36 Hours)
Pay Rate:$60 to $63 per hour
Job Summary
We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a long-term care facility in Phoenix AZ. The RN will provide quality care to residents while working in a supportive team environment. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Complete admission assessments and assist with care plans
Monitor and document residents conditions
Communicate with residents families and healthcare team
Supervise nursing assistants and support staff
Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing dressing feeding mobility)
Participate in shift reports and staff meetings
Follow all state and federal nursing regulations
Requirements
Active RN license in Arizona
ADN or BSN degree
Knowledge of long-term care or geriatric nursing
Good communication skills
Team-oriented mindset
