Ascend Rehab Services is seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Instructional Aide / Paraprofessional to support students in school-based settings across Oakland and surrounding East Bay areas. Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 or small group classroom support to students
Assist with academic behavioral and social-emotional goals
Support special education teachers and classroom staff
Implement instructional and behavior plans under supervision
Track and communicate student progress with the school team
Qualifications
Required: Minimum 2 years of experience working with children (school special education ABA childcare or related settings)
Experience with special needs students preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to school sites
Professional dependable and committed to working with students
Compensation & Benefits
$26$30/hour (based on experience)
