General Summary:
The Associate Director Marketing Operations Speaker Exhibit and Sponsorship Platform role serves as the strategic lead for North American commercial peer-to-peer programming and congress exhibit sponsorship activities. Overseeing effective healthcare professional engagement in support of business unit objectives. Establishing capabilities and process to manage the end-to-end speaker lifecycle contracting and payment reconciliation for exhibits sponsorships and memberships. This role bridges brand objectives with operational excellence to accelerate education while maintaining adherence to global compliance requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Speaker Lifecycle & Contract Management: Lead the execution and resolution process for a business unit speaker contracts and manage the annual renewal cycle.
Speaker Portal Infrastructure & Innovation: Manage functionality ensuring continuous updates of the Speaker Portal to serve as a user-friendly compliant interface.
Business Unit Strategic Planning and Vendor Management: Lead formal quarterly business reviews and annual program planning to align speaker bureau activities with future business goals.
Performance Analytics & Dashboard Review: Collaborate with Omni channel team to monitor and track program health including attendee metrics and budget parameters.
Process Innovation & Business Rules: Lead the continuous improvement of operational workflows and program policy to increase departmental agility and reduce administrative friction for field teams.
Exhibit Sponsorship Process Oversight: Monitor the end-to-end contracting and payment reconciliation process for field-led congresses and corporate memberships to ensure visibility and presence at key events.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience in project management preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to manage
multiple tasks
Strong business acumen with experience in vendor management budgeting and contract oversight
Demonstrated ability to present as well as strong interpersonal skills to explain difficult or sensitive information Attention to detail and demonstrated collaboration in a cross functional project environment
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred
8 years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience including 3 years in HCP marketing and/or marketing operations
2 - 3 years of relevant experience with pharmaceutical/biotech speaker programs
Experience managing vendors/agencies
Budget oversight and program management experience
Pay Range:
$154700 - $232100Disclosure Statement:
The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors including skills competencies experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
