Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused German speakers to join an international retail support project within a globally established customer experience environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional support to German-speaking customers via phone email and chat
- Assist with orders deliveries returns and product inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems
- Consistently meet quality and customer satisfaction targets
Candidate Profile
Matric (Grade 12) qualification
Valid permission to work in South Africa
Clear criminal and debt record
Previous customer service or call centre experience (retail experience is advantageous)
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Availability for rotational shifts including weekends
Basic computer proficiency
Languages Required: German (B2C2) Good English
