Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate energetic and dependable Activities Aide to join our team. The Activities Aide plays a key role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by assisting in the planning and implementation of engaging recreational social and therapeutic activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning organizing and implementing daily activity programs
Encourage and assist residents in participating in activities
Provide one-on-one engagement for residents who are unable to attend group activities
Help set up and clean up activity areas
Support special events holiday celebrations and community outings
Maintain a positive respectful and supportive environment for all residents
