About the Role
The Gold Appraiser is responsible for evaluating gold ornaments coins and bullion used as loan collateral by assessing purity weight and market value. The role ensures accurate valuation proper loan determination and strict adherence to RBI guidelines and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct gold purity testing using touchstone and acid methods.
* Calculate net gold weight after deducting stones and non-gold materials.
* Determine eligible loan amounts based on current market rates.
* Handle customer interactions explain valuation processes and address queries.
* Verify KYC documents and maintain proper documentation for audits.
* Ensure safe handling packing and secure storage of gold assets.
