Coordinate vital documentation processes

Working with our launch manager and product registration specialist you will secure regulatory approvals and documentation for our products. We need an organized compliance specialist to streamline release processes implement new procedures and support product registration. You must balance the fast pace of sales with strict corporate quality standards.

Doing so you will:

• Oversee compliance-related activities including the maintenance ofcompliancelists and archives

• ensure all documentation and evidence areaccurateandup-to-date.

• Provide support to customer care andmanageupdates to certificates and documentation on e-commerce platforms.

• Responsible fornotifying partners via emailregardingtheexpirationof registration certificates.

To thrive in the role

We imagine you have solid experience from an administrative role with customer contact. Experience handling homologation and quality processes and quality systems within the medical device industry would be highly valued but either way you:

• Are highly structured organized and detail-oriented and know how to handle multiple documents and coordinate activities

• Are effective at managing coordination efforts and maintaining clear communication

• Are service-minded with an ability take initiative to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure everything comes together

• Enjoy collaborating across cultures

• Can communicate clearly and effectively in English both verbally and in writing
